What is Inner-Fit Personal Training?
Inner-Fit training offers a balance between exercise and "inner-cise". A four session Structural Fitness Assessment allows each client to receive a personalized workout/work-in program. Adapting to the individual, Inner-Fit training is an integrated, wholistic system for harmonizing body, movement, and breath. Strength training exercises are blended with yoga poses to shape lean muscles and boost metabolism faster. Stability balls are used to enhance core conditioning and balance. Functional fitness exercises allow current structural or muscle stressors to be transformed into greater lifestyle movement.
